Malaysia's Halal Industry Development Corp (HDC) is helping to set up a halal park in Pakistan and organise a conference in Karachi in March this year as part of efforts identified under an initial pact, the Business Recorder reports.
HDC and the Sindh Board of Investment (SBI) of Pakistan signed a memorandum of understanding in December 2010, HDC said in a statement.
It gives both parties the investment opportunities needed to encourage business between Malaysian and Pakistan companies. |
